TRACK 1: AI-Assisted Discovery Across Genome, Proteome, and Interactome

Life's complexity unfolds across scales - from the genome's encoded instructions, to the proteome's dynamic machinery, to the interactome's intricate web of molecular partnerships. Yet no single discipline holds all the keys. This special session brings together computational biophysicists, bioinformaticians, structural biologists, and AI researchers around a shared ambition: harnessing artificial intelligence to decode biological systems in their full, multi-scale richness.

We invite contributions spanning structure prediction and design, protein–protein and protein–nucleic acid interactions, multi-omics integration, network-based drug discovery, and foundation models for biological sequences and structures. Whether you develop novel algorithms, apply deep learning to unsolved biological problems, or build physics-informed models that cross the boundary between data and mechanism - this session is your forum.

Across disciplines, the questions converge: How do genomic variants propagate to structural consequences? How do molecular interactions wire cellular behavior? How can AI accelerate discovery without sacrificing biological interpretability? Join us to share ideas, challenge assumptions, and forge the collaborations that these questions demand.

Submissions from early-career researchers and interdisciplinary teams are especially encouraged.
